Warranty

If the item is received damaged by you or exhibits defects within the expected lifespan of the item, you can make use of our warranty scheme. To do this, send an email to info@vosella.nl. Always mention your order number, the product, and what is wrong with the product. We adhere to the legally determined warranty conditions. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. This legal warranty is also described as non-conformity. The term of the legal warranty is determined by the expected lifespan.

It is not allowed to perform repairs on the item yourself. This will void the legal warranty.
