Returns

You can inform us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After notification, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you include a statement indicating your wish to revoke.

If the package is returned, we need a letter with the order number in the package so that we can link the return to an order and contact you.

You can also use the European withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory. If the package is incomplete, or there are problems with the delivery, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt.

Is your order incorrect? Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve this as soon as possible for you! Contact us at info@vosella.nl and clearly state your name, order number, and the items involved.

Both the costs and the risk of shipping are at your own expense for returns. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt. If it concerns warranty, we will send you a return label after the defect has been reported. Non-identifiable returns will be stored for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can contact customer service. After this period, the package will be processed via our own administration, and no further correspondence can be made.

You will receive the amount including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days after we have been informed of the decision to revoke the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will take place when we have received the goods, or you have demonstrated that the products have been returned. This is within the legal period of 14 days.
